Laura spent the last decade building a highly successful career in finance, travelling the world advising C-Suite clients on high profile multi-million-dollar deals. It is here she became increasingly frustrated by being the only woman in the room, and the lack of diversity. Her passion for supporting women and improving gender equality, eventually became the driving force behind launching her own coaching & consultancy business.
